We can turn our pain into action: No Pawnbroker Forgotten Campaign

The pawn industry was rocked in February by news of the tragic and senseless murder of Daniel White, owner of Lewisville Pawn in Lewisville, Texas.

Pawn life isn’t for everyone. But for some, it’s everything.

Pawnbrokers Helping Pawnbrokers (PhP) has joined with The Pawnbroker Network to launch The No Pawnbroker Forgotten Campaign‘.

To kick things off, we’re selling t-shirts that are intended to not only celebrate Pawn Life but also recognize those that we’ve lost.

Proceeds from these sales (about $20 per shirt) will be contributed to rewards funds or other support in cases where harm has come to a member of the pawn family.

We encourage you to buy one and wear it as an outward and visible sign of your personal commitment to promoting and protecting the pawn industry.

It’s more than a shirt, it’s a way to show your love and respect for the fallen pawnbrokers we have lost.
